2. How memberships work

• Quotas reset monthly. Your download and DIY allowances refresh on each billing date (every 30 days on monthly plans, once per year for Tier 3's annual cycle counted monthly). Unused allowances do not roll over.
• Everything you unlock is permanent. Pack ZIPs and DIY/AI emotes you downloaded or generated during your membership stay yours forever — even after you cancel. A membership buys access and allowances, not a rental.
• Download counting. Each mascot pack counts once per billing period. Re-downloading the same mascot from your Library does not spend an allowance again.
• DIY counting. A DIY credit is spent when you export a Studio creation (template, avatar, or AI). Previews and saving to your Library are free.
• Cancel anytime. Cancel from your receipt email, the support inbox, or the Waffo customer portal. Billing stops at the end of the current period; allowances stay active until then.

3. What each pack includes

• 12 original expressions of the mascot you picked, as transparent PNGs, each in 28×28, 56×56, and 112×112 — plus animated GIF, Discord, YouTube, and badge sizes in the same ZIP.
• Perpetual personal-use license for your own Twitch channel (plus Discord, YouTube, and other places your channel lives).
• Free re-download: lost the email? Log into your Library or write to [email protected] from your checkout address and we resend it.
• No resale, no rebranding, no redistribution of the files as art assets.

4. How you pay

• Processor: Waffo Pancake (PCI-DSS compliant). Card data goes directly to Waffo and never touches our servers.
• One-time packs: guest checkout — no account needed. You provide an email address at checkout; that is where your download link is sent.
• Memberships: checkout with an email address creates your Library login. The card you enter is charged once at signup, then automatically on each billing date.
• Auto-renewal: monthly plans renew every 30 days; Tier 3 renews once per year. The price shown at signup is the price each renewal charges. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date, we renew and charge you.
• Payment failures: if a renewal fails, we retry briefly and email you; if it still fails, the membership lapses at the end of the paid period. Already-unlocked files stay yours.
• Statement descriptor: WAFFO *MAKETWITCHEM. If you do not recognise the charge, email [email protected] before opening a bank dispute — we reply within 2 business days.

5. Taxes and currency

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Local sales tax, VAT, GST, or equivalent charges are calculated and collected by Waffo Pancake at checkout based on your country — the total shown at checkout is what you are charged. If your bank converts to another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate. Need a duplicate receipt or VAT invoice? Write to [email protected].

6. Refunds

Digital products are delivered immediately, so sales are normally final. We still refund in full for duplicate charges, delivery failures (no download email within 24 hours and we cannot fix it), technically broken files, and mandatory local cancellation rights — such as the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period, which applies to memberships when you have not started downloading. Downloading during the cooling-off period ends the right to a full refund. The full rules live in our Refund Policy.

7. Frequently asked questions

Is the resizer really free?

Yes. No account, no watermark, no paywalled export size. It runs in your browser and your files never leave your device.

Do I lose my files if I cancel a membership?

No. Packs and DIY/AI emotes you unlocked while subscribed are yours forever. Cancelling only stops future billing and next month's allowances.

Can I switch between tiers?

Yes — write to [email protected] from your account email and we move you. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing date.

When do I get my files?

Immediately. After payment clears, Waffo confirms the order and we email your download link. Most orders arrive within minutes.

What if the price changes later?

The price on this page is the price at checkout. If we ever change a price, existing one-time purchases are unaffected; existing memberships keep their signup price until you cancel.
